Square Invoicing is a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. All payment data is handled in accordance with Square's Privacy Policy and applicable financial regulations. We only retain invoice records for accounting and service delivery purposes.

We use Google Workspace to manage business communications, documents, and client files. Through our Google Workspace environment, we may collect and process:

 

Data processed through Google Workspace is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and our data processing agreement with Google. We maintain administrative controls over our Workspace environment, and access is limited to authorised team members only.

  • Secure password management practices for all business toolsWhile we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
